They also gave me something called a 'CUT' tool that uninstalls the software and this does work, however the software is time bombed and only works for 3 months. However, I cannot do taskkill /f /im pccntmon.exe after I run the above command (I get access denied), so that seems to indicate to me that the AV software is still running. Their first recommendation was to run PCCNTMON -n password which is suppose to unload OfficeScan. I contacted Trend Micro tech support and their recommendation is to disable or uninstall OfficeScan before firing off the Windows 10 upgrade, but I am having a dickens of a time doing so. Anyways, we run Trend Micro OfficeScan AV software that is protected by a password to uninstall/unload. The old SCCM server is just 2012 which is eventually going away. Currently we are standing up SCCM CB 1703 with Windows 10 1703. I started at a new company recently and I am looking at doing in-place upgrades to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.
